A plant that fits perfectly into modern garden trends, designs full of colors and flowers. Astilbe 'Dark Side of the Moon' PBR is a unique perennial with young leaves in the color of exquisite Chartreuse liqueur with a distinctive burgundy edge. Over time, they turn dark chocolate with the addition of purple. Not only the leaves of this variety are amazing! Dark purple buds open into rosy-purple flowers on erect, dark red stems. What a view!

'Dark Side of the Moon' blooms long from mid-summer. It is very dense, spreading, and strong, suitable for large flowerbeds and large spaces, preferably in the company of plants with contrasting colors, which will highlight its unique colors even better. It grows up to 100 cm in height (including flowers) and 80 cm in width.

Where to plant? Preferably in sunny or semi-shady places, in average but fertile garden soil.
