Last flowers of this season?

It seems that Geranium 'Rozanne'® has decided to stop time and denies the last frost and snowfall. Single flowers still bravely lift their heads toward the increasingly cloudy sky. And they shine with their white "eye", clearly distinguishable from the purple-blue petals.

Geranium 'Rozanne'® is one of those plants that you just need to plant, provide regular access to water, and from June until now, enjoy abundant flowering. In the garden, on the terrace in pots, and in urban greenery.

As our customers who have planted this variety say:
  • has beautiful, large flowers
  • it is not afraid of the summer heat - it blooms as if nothing had happened
  • nice green leaves last throughout the season
  • it is maintenance free
  • attracts all bees in the neighborhood.

Our editor-in-chief confirms all of the above. Geranium 'Rozanne'® took up residence in her garden this season, on a flower bed together with a Hydrangea pan. 'Little Spooky'PBR. Expressive, blue-violet flowers looked exceptionally "luminous" against the background of pretty green leaves and contrasted with the bright flowers of hydrangeas.

Geranium 'Rozanne'® is still available in P9 (line 677 in the attached Excel file - CLICK)

Interesting facts

The variety is named after Rozanne in honor of Rozanne Waterer, who discovered this plant in her garden in England in the late 1980s. In 1991, she showed it to Blooms of Bressingham, which presented it to the world in 2000 at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Geranium 'Rozanne'® quickly gained popularity in Europe and beyond. It has won numerous awards, including Perennial Plant Association's Plant of the Year 2008 and 'Plant of the Centenary' - RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2013.
