In addition, we are waiting for the results of the competition of plant novelties Green is Life to which we submitted plant sweets - Buddleja davidii BUTTERFLY CANDY®.
Amazing plants! Effective, small, fragrant, ideal for large and small plantings. For terraces and balconies. Beautiful for us and attractive to insects - butterflies, bees, bumblebees, and other useful creatures. In addition, frost-resistant up to -18ºC.
There are three varieties in our collection:
- Butterfly Candy® Lila Sweetheart with beautiful lavender flowers with a pronounced yellow center
- Butterfly Candy® Little Purple expressive purple
- Butterfly Candy® Little Ruby with a unique ruby-magenta color
They all branch well, maintain a compact, rounded habit, and grow to only about 80 cm in height. They bloom most beautifully in sunny places and require regular watering and strong spring pruning.
How to get the best decorative effect?
- Create a monochrome composition, i.e. combine Butterfly Candy® Lila Sweetheart and Butterfly Candy® Little Purple with other shrubs or perennials with pink and purple flowers
- Combine all three varieties on one flower bed to get an expressive, energetic and elegant composition
- Combine any varieties (one or two or all three) with plants with contrasting leaves or flowers, such as yellow-leaved Spiraea japonica or yellow-flowered perennials. Such strong colors will complement each other perfectly, they will be a brilliant background for each other, and the space enriched in such a way will gain a completely new dimension and energy.
