Passion, love, adoration... Depending on the color, they symbolize a new beginning, gratitude, enthusiasm, and joy... We are, of course, talking about roses, which, apart from being one of the most popular cut flowers, are also a beautiful element used in landscape architecture.
In our opinion, groundcover roses are an absolute hit. They are undemanding, bloom all summer until late autumn, and are available in several colors, so they allow for design freedom. They look good in private gardens, historical plantings, and urban greenery, e.g. on large flower beds, roundabouts, and in parks. They grow to about 50-80 cm in height and greater width, quickly covering what they are intended to cover. The flowers, although small and less spectacular than those of park or climbing varieties, are so numerous that their size is not important.

If you are looking for a variety that blooms incredibly profusely and reaches miniature sizes, fits into a container and even the smallest garden, and... has no thorns, remember the cutest rose we know - Rosa Cutie Pie. This little thing, which grows to 15 cm in height and 20-30 cm in diameter, turns into a carpet of white-pink flowers in summer. Moreover, it tolerates frosts down to -25ºC.
For florists, we recommend Rosa (R) 'Magical Delight'®, which enchants with numerous red fruits and can be used in floristry!
If your customers are looking for taller varieties with a more upright shape, offer them the white beauty Rosa (H) 'Sea Foam' - with white, full flowers, which grows to about 90 cm in height and 60 cm in width.
You can also offer them Rosa Everglow Ruby ('Geus1713'pbr), which has single flowers - white inside, and red outside the petals. Very numerous! It grows slowly and reaches only 60-80 cm in height and 40-50 cm in diameter. Everglow Ruby is dense, compact, and self-cleaning.
