Welcome to the New Year!
We wish you everything that gives you joy and satisfaction. And that we will fulfill our New Year’s resolutions.
Meanwhile, the beginning of the year brought winter. It snowed in the Netherlands today. Enough to cover the winter gray with delicate white down, and make the nursery look truly magical.
And we are getting ready to participate in the IPM fair in Essen, Germany.
This is one of the largest green industry fairs in which we have been participating for years. We are always pleased to meet our customers from different countries and present the plants that will be delivered to them.
“These four days in Essen are a period of intense work for the entire Hoogenraad team – both at the tradeshow and the office and field. And a period when we proudly present the effects of our work as nurserymen. We know that our plants are healthy, strong, well-rooted, and shaped. Although many taxa are already sold out, we still offer a lot of interesting plants, so we can supply even those customers who have not yet placed an order.” Says Sebastiaan Hoogenraad, who will personally welcome our guests at the stand in Essen.

Reply to this newsletter and specify the number of invitations you would like to receive (1 or 2). We will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that the number of tickets is limited (100 in total) and the order of applications is decisive.

The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from 11-9-2023 till 24-5-2024.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
