You never know what creature you’ll attract…
It may be a beautiful butterfly whose wings shimmer in the sunlight. A moth that looks like a hummingbird. Bumblebee. Bee. Someone from the large hoverfly family. The world of insects can surprise you at any time.
Give your customers a chance to discover the richness of the insect world, expand their knowledge, and have an interesting way to spend time (insect watching is a great thing for young and old). Offer them Buddleja, which acts as a magnet for all flying creatures.
Most customers associate Buddleja with a tall, strongly growing shrub that needs a lot of space. Fortunately, this is only a stereotype! We have varieties that reach only 80-100 cm in height (varieties from the Buddleja dav. Butterfly Candy® series) and fit into small home gardens, on terraces and patios, or in group plantings as a taller plant ground cover. Blooming, fragrant, attracting insects and human eyes.
Buddleja likes a sunny position, sheltered from the wind, and spring pruning (it blooms on this year’s shoots). Just enough to enjoy the colors and support biodiversity.
Take a look at our current list of plants and pay attention to:
- Buddleja davidii tricolor – one container, three varieties, in three different colors – a ready-made composition for the lazy and indecisive (there is no need to choose the most beautiful color).
- Buddleja dav. Butterfly Candy® in different varieties and colors, but all low-growing, abundantly flowering, and reliable.
- Classic, vigorously growing varieties with a strong market position, planted in gardens and cities for years, such as ‘Royal Red’ or ‘White Profusion’.

The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from 11-9-2023 till 24-5-2024.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
