We will participate in…
Late summer is a time for us to travel, visit the world and meet (potential) clients. The season of horticultural exhibitions begins! This is a great opportunity to discuss (not only) business topics and see the plants we offer up close and realize that they are well-shaped, dense, healthy, with a good root system, ready for the next stage of nursery production.
PLANTARIUM|GROEN-Direkt (NL)
We start locally – on Wednesday and Thursday (August 23-23) we will be at PLANTARIUM|GROEN-Direkt (NL), a place created for green businesses, to connect plant producers and their wholesale buyers from the Netherlands and abroad.
The exhibition is open from 7:00 to 17:00 (on Thursday until 16:00).

Green is Life in Warsaw (PL)
The next point on our exhibition path is Green is Life in Warsaw (PL) from August 31 to September 2. Great people, beautiful plants, an intense and fruitful time. Professionals are invited on Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and on Saturday until 16:00.

Four Oaks (UK)
We’ll barely make it back home before we move on to the UK to participate in the 51st edition of the Four Oaks Trade Show on September 5 and 6. We can’t wait, especially since the organizers promise that this year’s exhibition will be bigger and better, with an exceptionally wide range of exhibitors and even more interesting industry content and plant novelties. We invite you from 9:00 to 17:00 (Wednesday to 16:00).

For guests we have good coffee and a “guided tour” (there’s no other way to call it) during which we are happy and proud to present the effects of our work. We are happy to help our clients build their business.

P.S. To this e-mail, as usual, we have attached a list of available plants. First shipments on September 11th!
The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from 11-9-2023 till 24-5-2024.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
