Is there a plant that does not go out of fashion?
Yes, there is – Thuja occidentalis Smaragd.
Times are changing, and new varieties appear with more and more sophisticated shapes, colors, and lower requirements. But the classic works in every situation and always fits. Whether we’re talking about a backyard garden or a palace park, Smaragd delivers what we expect from it everywhere:
- provides a large dose of beautiful, quiet greenery, also in winter (it does not turn brown, as it happens in other varieties)
- if we plant it in the form of a hedge, it will be a shelter for small animals, and it will provide us with discretion, intimacy, and privacy in the garden
- looks great in its natural form
- endures our crazy fantasies and tolerates cutting well, after which turns into a green wall, a stylish spiral, balls on a trunk, or …
- in a sunny or semi-shaded place, in average garden soil, it grows and becomes beautiful without our intervention.
We are happy to announce that Thuja occidentalis Smaragd P9 is available in our offer. Well-rooted, and well-shaped, they are a great material for transplanting into larger containers or into the ground.
Do not wait too long, send your order as soon as possible. It may be too late in a week!
The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from 12 September 2022 till 12 May 2023.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
