We are continuing the subject of fruit plants that will work both in the home garden and on the plantation.
Today we present three champions, we start from the highest:
Vaccinium corymbosum ‘Duke’, which, if regularly pruned and grown according to its requirements, yields abundantly and regularly. The first fruits can be harvested in mid-July. They are suitable for direct consumption, for desserts, preserves, and freezing. Very frost-resistant, up to -34! It grows up to about 150 cm in height.
Rubus idaeus BonBonBerry® Yummy, the mini raspberry, perfect for growing in the garden or in a pot on the terrace. Fruits from summer to autumn on one-year shoots. It is completely hardy, up to -30. Grows up to only 50 cm in height, so there will be a place for him everywhere.
Vaccinium macrocarpon, cranberry, one of the beautiful ground cover plants, which at the same time can contribute to our health. Cranberry fruits, a bit tart when fresh, are delicious as preserves and tinctures. And very healthy! They grow up to 20 cm in height and winter in zone 5B very well
