Correction: Updated Bare Root List 2026 / 2027
Dear customer,
This afternoon, we sent you our new lists for the coming season. Unfortunately, we noticed that the attached bare root forest and hedge plants list was the list for 2025 / 2026, instead of the new list for 2026 / 2027. Our apologies for the confusion.
Please disregard the previously attached bare root list and use the corrected version attached to this email.
Today, we are pleased to publish our new bare root forest and hedge plants list for the coming 2026 / 2027 season.
A list with more than 300 different varieties, all supplied from the open field including.
- Forest plants.
- Hedge plants.
- Ornamental shrubs.
- Whips and feathers.
Plants with a clear purpose. Sometimes used for structure, sometimes for privacy, sometimes for large-scale planting, natural greenery, landscape projects, gardens, parks, roadsides, or borders. Strong, practical, and indispensable in many planting plans.
Bare root plants remain an interesting choice for many customers. They are efficient to transport, easy to handle, and very suitable for planting during the dormant season. A smart option when volume, quality, and price all matter.
Orders can be placed for reservation from now on, for delivery in autumn and spring.
We expect the first deliveries from the open field to start from November, with delivery possible until March / April, under condition of dormancy.
The minimum order value for this list is:
€1,500
Deliveries will be made on export pallets or box pallets, depending on the volume of the order.
To give you an impression of the quality and the range, we have added a few pictures of the Berberis thunbergii ‘Atropurpurea’ and Buxus sempervirens.
Beautiful Cotinus in the spotlight!
With 7 beautiful Cotinus varieties featured in our 2026–2027 availability list, we’re putting the spotlight on this stunning genus. This week, we’re showcasing two exceptional selections: Cotinus coggygria ‘Royal Purple’ and Cotinus coggygria ‘Golden Lady’, both available in P9.
Cotinus coggygria ‘Royal Purple’
A timeless classic, Royal Purple is renowned for its deep purple foliage that provides striking contrast throughout the growing season. In early summer, airy pink “smoke-like” flower plumes create a spectacular display, followed by brilliant shades of orange and scarlet in autumn. An excellent specimen plant for gardens, parks and landscape projects.
Cotinus coggygria ‘Golden Lady’
A vibrant and compact selection with brilliant golden-yellow foliage that keeps its colour throughout the season without scorching in full sun. Soft, smoky flower plumes appear in summer, while the foliage transforms into warm orange and red tones in autumn. Golden Lady brings year-round colour and is perfect for borders, mixed plantings and smaller gardens.
The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from Week 47 till week 19.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
