Free tickets for IPM Essen
How to get 1 or 2 of them? Follow the steps below:
- Reply to this newsletter and write how many tickets you would like to receive (1 or 2).
- Wait for our confirmation. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that the number of tickets is limited and the order of applications is decisive.
The IPM Essen exhibition will take place from 28 to 31 January in Essen (Germany).
During those 4 days, you can see the plants in the P9, P12, and C1.5 containers that you ordered, see their quality, and that the root system is strong, healthy, and well-developed. The plants, which we cut several times during the season, are dense and nicely formed.
We will be happy to explain how we pack them for transport so that they arrive safely and in good condition.
During the exhibition, we will present only a small part of our offer (it is impossible to show everything in such a small area). Deciduous plants – Berberis, Acer palmatum, Hydrangea, Buddleja, Cornus, Eucalyptus, Ligustrum, Philadelphus, Potentilla, Spiraea, Syringa… and many, many more. Rhododendron. Conifers such as Juniperus, Thuja, Pinus, Picea, Taxus… Perennials, fruit bushes…

Opening hours:
from Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Register on the IPM Essen website.
The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from 09-09-2024 till 03-05-2025.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
