Autumn exhibitions
The holidays are slowly ending, as are the preparations for the autumn season (we remind you that autumn shipments start on September 9). It’s time for autumn exhibitions and industry meetings. We are glad that in the coming time, we will have the opportunity to meet our customers in person, talk to colleagues, and exchange experiences.
The day after tomorrow, Wednesday, August 21, we will participate in the autumn edition of PLANTARIUM|GROEN-Direkt at the Dutch International Trade Centre Hazerswoude/Boskoop.
You will find us at stand L2.415, on the following dates:
- August 21, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- August 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The next exhibition we will participate in is Green is Life in Warsaw (PL) from September 5-7.
Our stand no. 1.76 will be located in hall H1. The exhibition is open to visitors:
- on September 5-6 from 9:00 to 17:00
- on September 7 from 9:00 to 16:00

During the exhibitions, you will see our plants live, you will see how nicely they are branched and how well rooted. You will confirm that they are healthy, plump, perfect for further production, or, in the case of those in containers larger than P9, ready for sale.

The minimum order depends on the size of the plants:
- P9 -> 80 pcs / variety
- P12 -> 75 pcs / variety
- P14, C2 -> 50 pcs / variety
- C3 and bigger -> 25 pcs / variety
FAQ:
How should I make my order?
Complete the “order” column in the attached Excel file and send it to info@hoogenraadplant.nl. Do not change the content of the file, just enter the number of plants ordered. In the email, provide the company name, contact details, and the expected date of receipt of the order – this will help us plan work in the nursery.
When will my order be confirmed?
Every order we receive is confirmed within 48 hours (working days). If during this time you do not receive an email from us, check your “spam” and “offers” or call us.
When can I pick up my order?
We adjust the dates of orders to meet your needs, so report the date of the planned collection 2 weeks in advance (February-April – 3 weeks in advance). This will facilitate the timely, efficient, and correct preparation of plants and their careful packaging.
Pickup of orders is possible from 09-09-2024 till 03-05-2025.
I’m a new customer, when do I have to pay?
We accept cash payments, credit cards, and bank transfers to our bank account based on a pro forma invoice before picking up your order. Pre-payment includes 100% of the order value. After making the payment, please send us confirmation of the transfer because it accelerates the preparation of the plants for pickup.
